Terms of Service
Effective date: 17 October 2026
By using Circuit you agree to these terms: you must be 18 or older, play fair, and follow each tournament's rules.
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Outpost-33 Esports Event Management Agency ("we", "us"), which runs Circuit at app.outpost33.org.ng. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and forms part of these terms.
2. Who can use Circuit
- You must be 18 or older. By creating an account you confirm this.
- You may have only one account, and the details you give must be true.
- We may close an account that belongs to someone under 18, or that was created with false details.
3. Your account
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- Tell us straight away at support@outpost33.org.ng if you think someone else has used it.
- You can sign up as a player, a manager, or both. Turning on player mode for a manager account is permanent.
4. Teams and rosters
- A player can be on only one team roster at a time.
- Team owners decide applications and tryouts. A player may withdraw a pending application at any time.
- After 3 rejections in a row by the same team, a player must wait 3 days before applying to that team again.
- To leave a team, a player sends a leave request. If the club does not answer within 3 days it is accepted automatically, except while the player is in a live tournament. After a declined request, a player waits 3 days before asking again; after withdrawing one, 24 hours.
- Transfers and loans between teams are agreed by the clubs involved. The player is told at each step.
- Team owners are responsible for the conduct of their team and for decisions they make on Circuit.
5. Tournaments and prizes
- Each tournament has its own rules, set by its organiser and shown on its page. By registering you agree to them.
- Organisers and Circuit admins may verify registrations, ask for proof, disqualify teams and correct results. Decisions are recorded.
- Prizes are paid as stated on the tournament page, to the person or team the organiser names, after results are confirmed. Winners may need to show identification before payment. Any tax due on a prize is the winner's responsibility.
- We may cancel, postpone or change a tournament for reasons outside our control, and will tell registered teams.
6. Fair play and conduct
You must not:
- cheat, use hacks or exploits, share accounts, or fix matches;
- harass, threaten or abuse anyone, or post hateful, sexual or illegal content;
- impersonate another player, team or organisation;
- upload false registration proof or results;
- try to break, overload or get around the security of Circuit.
We may remove content, suspend accounts, disqualify teams or ban users who break these rules.
7. Your content
You own what you post (profile, photos, messages, team posts). You give us permission to store and show it on Circuit so the service works. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.
8. Payments and refunds
- Card purchases are processed by Paystack. Prices are shown before you pay.
- Failed or duplicate charges are refunded.
- Other refund requests are decided case by case. Email support@outpost33.org.ng with your payment reference.
9. Ending your account
You can delete your account in Settings at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Tournament results and rankings stay in the competition record.
10. Our service
We work to keep Circuit running and secure, but we provide it "as is". It may sometimes be unavailable, and features may change. Emails and notifications can be delayed or fail, so check the app for anything time-sensitive, such as tryouts.
11. Liability
To the extent Nigerian law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for losses caused by other users, game publishers or outside services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer law.
12. Game publishers
Circuit is independent. It is not run, sponsored or endorsed by the publishers of the games it covers, such as PUBG Mobile.
13. Changes to these terms
If we make important changes we will tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Circuit after that, you accept the new terms.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We will try to settle any dispute with you informally first; if that fails, the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja have jurisdiction.
